Season IV Match Rewards: Round 2 – George ‘Gobbo’ Hayes

George “Gobbo” Hayes burst onto the pitch back in Season I playing for The Good The Beard and the Boobies, and the little legend didn’t just grow… he maxed out every scrap of development a player can squeeze from the league over 2 seasons. No one else has ever done it. No one else probably ever will. It’s no wonder he became the very first player to be hammered, bolted, and gloriously welded into the Forge Breakers Hall of Fame.

Now, in Season IV, “Gobbo” returns – not as a mere mortal player, but as a fully‑fledged custom Mercenary. Coaches can now hire him alongside the ever‑chaotic Madame May‑hem and the frosty menace himself, Barry the Snowman, whenever inducements allow. And trust me: you’ll want to peek at Gobbo’s statline before you unleash him. To reflect how George was originally a Chaos Dwarf Hobgoblin from the older classic team, coaches will be able to choose 1 of the 3 Hobgoblin sculpts from that OG team!

All Mercenaries – and their beautifully bonkers stats and skills – are ready to inspect on TourPlay under Mercenaries. Add them to your roster as inducements and let the carnage commence.

George Hayes model will be available to coaches who play their round 2 match at Bargammons between 28th January and 17th February (the models will be available early for those playing ahead).
